Your department is responsible for the setup of travel profiles. If you have not requested access, please contact your Department Travel Administrator. If you have confirmed your access, please verify you are using the correct User ID and password. Your User ID usually consists of your first and middle initials and last name. You may verify your User ID using the State Employee Directory. The password is your SOA Enterprise Password. |
Occasionally, browsers will save passwords or not sync your password to the SOA directory.
You may try clearing your browser cache and if that does not work, we recommend resetting your SOA password using the
OIT Password Change Webpage.

Users should access the E-Travel Online application using Microsoft Edge, Google Chrome, or Mozilla Firefox.
Microsoft's Internet Explorer is no longer a supported browser.
If you need desktop assistance with Internet browsers or passwords, please contact your
Department IT Help Desk.
